One of my gifts (and a benefit to you!) is that I am able to see your business through a different lens and think strategically about the solutions I bring to the table. Those solutions might be fresh ideas & possibilities, or a new approach to an old problem. This could allow you to remove roadblocks that have existed for months or years. Sometimes all it takes is someone like me who is able to show up and look at your business as if it were my own because that is how I work! I only work with a limited number of clients at a time, and I make sure to only work with those for who I have passion and excitement for! Strategic mapping™ Sessions
The fact is, businesses need to be strategic in order to grow, and all too often it’s like we are throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks, with no real basis of hard facts directing our decision making. You might get lucky, but you’d be better off really taking a deep dive into seeing what you need to prioritize in your business, who needs to be doing it (because you can’t do it all), and figuring out the puzzle of how and when. The likelihood is that you’re probably trying to do it ALL at the same time, the timelines are misaligned, and then you’re at a standstill. This is where I come in. With a Strategic Mapping™ session, we will have two 90-minute calls spaced 3 business days apart (minimum).
This is my phase 1 prerequisite for working with a client in an ongoing capacity. Why? Because it gives you (and me) a map of anything and everything that will need to happen in your business in the next 3, 6, or 12 months. I can perform strategic mapping for you even if you are not looking for ongoing help in your business, but simply need clarity, direction, and a plan. After our strategic mapping you will:
1) Have a deeper understanding of your mission, vision, and values - how you want to show up for yourself, your business, and your customers/clients. This will be the basis for all of your decision-making because everything comes back to this.
2) Have a clear roadmap for the next 3-6 months (and beyond!) so that you and your team can hit the ground running.
3) Feel immense relief that you CAN get it done, you don’t have to do it all, and there’s a clear pathway to success.

Ongoing Fractional Online Business Management/Director of operations
You’re making six figures, and you have a small team or a VA, but you know that you need more help. This is phase 2 of working with me. If you want to work with me in an ongoing capacity, I will ask that you complete a strategic mapping session with me to create the plan and ensure we are a good fit for each other and that you do need a fractional OBM/DOO. If so, I will help you and your team implement our strategic plan, vet, onboard, manage the necessary team members, and work with your vendors and freelancers. I am your “Chief Delegator” and I busy myself with all the things that you know need to get done, but aren’t. This is ongoing support and fully customizable to meet your business needs. In order to ensure that everyone gets the VIP support they deserve, I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time, and I only work with those that have at least one VA/contractor on their team.
