 Hi, I’m Jennifer Belser

I’m a Certified Online Business Manager and Certified Director of Operations with a passion for business strategy!

I work with Millennial and Generation X female entrepreneurs in the evidence-based wellness, beauty, & creative spaces who have a clear vision for their business. They know how to get to the next level, but they also know they can’t do it all themselves. They need a right hand - a partner to strategize with, help manage all the projects of their busy business, oversee their team, and optimize their systems and delivery. That right hand…is me!

I’m a very resourceful person who loves the challenge of learning a new skill. At my last job, my nickname was “Google” because I always had the answer to their questions!

Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, which has helped me become highly adaptable. I’ve worked as a model agent in the fashion industry, am a licensed (but non-practicing) esthetician, and was the bookings editor at O, the Oprah Magazine. Yes, I’ve met Oprah!

All of my experience has led me to partner with female business owners, not only to make their lives easier but also to help them realize their dreams by allowing them to stay in their zone of genius.

In my free time, I love being with my family, friends, and life partner, Joe, eating at amazing NYC restaurants, and listening to my favorite band, Tool.

I’m a self-proclaimed Star Wars film buff with too much Baby Yoda merchandise. Give me science fiction and action movies over rom-coms, please!

I’ve been called a makeup hoarder, but I like to think of myself as a collector. My makeup artistry has been featured in magazines, so I would say the drawers of palettes are necessary!
